A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a director in charge of the financial management of F, a corporation established for the purpose of selling sports equipment and medical instruments, and soliciting chain stores, etc. in Overcheon-si E, and was in charge of the management of the said company’s funds, the payment of allowances to investors, and the payment of transaction fees. G (the Jeonju District Court, Sept. 24, 2015) as the president of the said company, G (the former District Court, Sept. 24, 2015, sentenced 12 years to imprisonment for fraud, etc.), H, who is a full-time adviser of the said company, H, and I (the same court, in the same case, sentenced 6 years to imprisonment for the same crime), takes charge of external affairs, such as soliciting goods or attracting investors, against the customers of the said company.
1. No person who violates the Act on the Regulation of Similar Receiving Acts shall agree to pay the total amount of investments in the future or any amount in excess thereof without obtaining authorization, permission, etc. from the authorities, and any similar receiving money, etc. from many and unspecified persons on the pretext of such investment money, etc.;
