Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-learning car.
On August 27, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car at around 06:05, and changed the line to one lane, depending on the two-lanes of the two-lanes of D in the middle-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, the two-lanes of D, which are in the middle-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, the two-lanes of D, the two-lanes of the two-lanes.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, caused the victim to suffer bodily injury, such as an unknown closure of the trend requiring treatment for about eight weeks, and, at the same time, escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim, so that the amount equivalent to approximately KRW 16,984,501 of the repair cost would be approximately KRW 2,335,00,00 of the cost of repair, the Defendant destroyed the property of the Danex Cargo Line owned by the Korea Highway Corporation for Damage and the central separation unit owned by the victim, while immediately stopping the vehicle.
