A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

The defendant is 40 hours required to prevent recidivism of sexual crimes.

1. Larceny;

A. On April 20, 2013, at the entrance of the 2-story marina shop located in K in Mapo-si, Mapo-si on April 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by the victim J brought about one smartphone (Aphone 4S) equivalent to KRW 900,000 in his/her own market price, which was in charge of his/her bridge by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim J was locked due care.
