Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,00, and by a fine of KRW 2,500,000, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. From April 28, 2012, the Defendants released the Defendants on July 13, 2012, when they were hospitalized in the 7th mentally and sick ward of the E Hospital in Daegu Suwon-gu due to sulfur disorder, alcohol respect, etc.

피고인들은 C과 2012. 7. 14. 13:50경부터 같은 날 14:20경까지 위 E병원 7층 정신과 병동에서, 피고인들은 그 곳에 근무하던 간호사들 및 직원들에게 ‘이게 정신병원이 교도소가, 왜 C을 독방에 가뒀노, 씨발년들아, 십새끼들아’라고 말하면서 간호사 책상을 손바닥으로 내려치고 간호사들 및 직원들을 향해 때릴 듯이 주먹을 휘두르고, C은 로비 바닥에 앉아 ‘씨발놈아, 개새끼야’라고 큰 소리를 지르고, 직원들의 제지로 E병원 1층 로비에 내려와서도 피고인들은 C과 ‘원장도 죽여버리고 다 죽여버리겠다, 씨발놈들’이라고 큰 소리를 지르는 방법으로 위력으로 E병원의 업무를 방해하였다.
