Defendants are not guilty.

1. The summary of the facts charged in this case is the president of the Dental E Hospital in Seongbuk-gu Seoul. Defendant B works for the head of the above E Hospital, F, G, H, and I as an emergency medical technician who obtained the first grade emergency medical technician’s license from the Minister of Health and Welfare, from August 17, 2015; G from September 1, 2016; H from April 28, 2017; and I from September 1, 2016 to the above E Hospital, respectively.

A person, other than a medical person, is prohibited from providing medical services, and an emergency medical technician's service is limited to first aid treatment within a certain range, such as maintenance of the airway for the implementation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, securing of beer, medication (injection of a low blood-durgly congested steglycerine in the low-durgly converglycerine, shocking a certain amount of amount at the shock time, shocking of an engine expansion of tent), but the Defendants were willing to provide nursing services by employing an emergency medical technician on behalf of a nurse in order to operate the night medical room at an E hospital.

The Defendants employed the emergency medical technician F, G, H, and I as a substitute nurse of the night medical room at the time, place, and emergency medical technician’s time, place specified in paragraphs (1) through (4) below, and caused them to perform duties of nurses, such as giving an injection to the patient according to the prescription of the doctor on duty as follows.

1. F around July 10, 2017, around 21:31, 2017, at the night clinic of the above E Hospital, at the night clinic of the hospital, the J patient, who saw a door to the door and saw the door, in accordance with the prescription of the doctor on duty, administered an unlicensed medical practice twice as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).

2. G around 16:32 on July 8, 2017, at the night clinic of the above E Hospital, G provided unlicensed medical practice for K patients who have taken care of their fingers into account, by giving them with an infection of blood products, which are blood products, to prevent the occurrence of paradrity, according to the doctor’s prescription.
