A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

2,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months in the Jeonju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on February 20, 2013 in the Ansan Prison.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Around May 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.8gg of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) from C, from the toilet for subway stations located in Daejeon Peongdong-gu, Daejeon, for about 500,000 won.

2. On June 20, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.8 grams from C at the guest room in the Etetecom 200,000,000 won from C in a single-use injection machine, put approximately 0.08g of the said opon in a single-use injection machine at that place, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms and divers.

3. On August 13, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 1.6g of philopon from C to one million won, which is located in the waiting bus terminal located in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon.
