Defendant D, E, F, G, H, I, and J are attached Form 2.1 among the real estates listed in attached Table 1 attached hereto to Defendant K, L, and M.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of Nan 694 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”), which is the owner of the instant land, and the networkO is the owner of the building listed in the attached Table 1 List 1 (hereinafter “instant building”) located on the ground of the instant land, and the Defendant B Union (hereinafter “Defendant Union”) is the owner of the building listed in the attached Table 1 List 2 (hereinafter “instant building”) located on the ground of the instant land, as indicated in the attached Table 1 List 2 (hereinafter “instant building 2”).

B. Around 1961, the networkO constructed the instant building on the ground of the instant land, and around around 1967, in addition, the instant building was constructed under the name of the Defendant Union, and around 1987, sold the instant land and the instant building Nos. 1 and 2 to the network P, and the network P operated the gas station in the instant Nos. 1 and 2.

C. On April 15, 1993, the Plaintiff and Nonparty Q purchased the instant land and the instant buildings in KRW 93,00,000,000. At the time of the contract, the Plaintiff and Nonparty Q paid KRW 15,000,000 for the intermediate payment of KRW 35,000,000 for the intermediate payment of April 30, 1993, and KRW 43,00,000 for the remainder payment of August 9, 1993.

The Plaintiff was delegated by Q Q with all rights to the instant land and buildings on September 21, 1993, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the Plaintiff’s name with respect to the instant land. However, since buildings Nos. 1 and 2 were registered under the name of theO and the Defendant Union, the Plaintiff was operating refined in the instant building Nos. 1 and 2 from May 10, 1993 to the date of completing the registration of ownership transfer.

E. On March 24, 200, the deceased on March 24, 200, there was Defendant D, Defendant E, R, Defendant G, and S. Of them, the deceased on September 10, 2007, Defendant F succeeded to R, and H, I, and J succeeded to S after S died on January 17, 2013.

The deceased on February 25, 1995, and T was the inheritor, but T was also the deceased on April 17, 2016, and Defendant K, L, and M succeeded to T.

Each defendant's shares in inheritance shall be listed in the attached Tables 2 and 3 of Inheritance Shares.
