The Defendants and the Defendant (Appointed) shall enter the Plaintiff in the attached Form 155 square meters of forest E-gu Daejeon Sung-gu.

1. Grounds for claim;

A. In around 1960 (short-term 4293), F purchased from J (No. 1) the land of which the owner on the land cadastre entered in his name as G (hereinafter “instant land”) and the E forest of 155 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”), the Plaintiff’s father’s father (short-term 4293), and around that time, he was handed over the I land and the instant land and the instant land in his name.

B. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for the land I on December 7, 1964 under the name of the Plaintiff, but the land in this case was unregistered.

The plaintiff's father (the father) died on January 22, 1993, and the plaintiff had been living in the land of I and the land of this case since before the plaintiff's father died.

9. The deceased on March 15, 1975 and the deceased on March 20, 1975 (the deceased on March 22, 1921, the wife N on July 19, 1960 and the property of the deceased on January 28, 193 without the child) was inherited to the deceased P, female Q, three women, three women in Q, four women in South, four women in South, North, three children in South, four children in South, and five women in South, and five women, respectively, as described in attached Table 1.

The inheritance relationship shall be as stated in [Attachment 2], the inheritance relationship shall be as of May 10, 1992 and the inheritance relationship shall be as of October 1, 1982. The inheritance relationship shall be as stated in [Attachment 3], the inheritance relationship shall be as of April 25, 1995 by the South Korean JJ which died on April 25, 1995, and the inheritance relationship shall be as stated in [Attachment 4], the inheritance relationship shall be as of January 23, 1994 and the inheritance relationship shall be entered in [Attachment 5], and the inheritance relationship shall be as of November 30, 2019 by three South and North Korea C died on November 30, 2019 and entered in [Attachment 6]. Therefore, the final inheritance shares of the Defendants in the land of this case shall be as shown in [Attachment 6] shares in the inheritance agreement].

From January 22, 1993, the Plaintiff occupied the instant land as its owner’s intention from January 22, 1993, and accordingly, the prescriptive acquisition was completed on January 22, 2013 after the lapse of 20 years.

2. The following Defendants, excluding the Defendants and the Defendant (Appointeds), are all other Defendants.
