Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 19:20 on January 31, 2012, the Defendant: (a) written each “E” in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City H and first floor; (b) “E” in the customer name column; (c) in the contact number column; (d) in the credit card column; and (e) written each “E” in the applicant column; and (e) written each of “E” in the applicant column; and (e) written each of “E” in the applicant column; and (e) written each of “E” in the name subsequent to the applicant column; and (e) written at will, in the same manner, written consent to the withdrawal and cancellation price of E’s name; (e) written consent to the use of a phone; and (e) written consent to the use of a mobile phone; and (e) mobilephone smartphone.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a private document on the rights and obligations in the name of E.

2. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph (1), delivered the forged documents to the above C as if they were duly formed, and exercised them.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, delivered forged documents to C, and the Defendant, as if he were to pay a mobile phone fee, deceiving the victim as E, and then received a delivery from the victim of 814,000 virtualphones worth KRW 814,00.
