Punishment of the crime

However, the defendant was unable to pay the value of food because of the lack of money in fact.
The Defendant received from the above victims the delivery of 33,00 won in total of the market price of swine jum and 2 sick jum and air boomed rice.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the above victim.
2. On November 26, 2016, the Defendant of assaulting the Defendant calculated the value of food from the Victim J (W, 42 years of age) and went out of the above K restaurant without paying the value of food at around 18:40 on November 26, 2016, thereby drinking the Defendant.
