Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On April 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 18, 2015.

1. Obstruction of business;

A. E. On April 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00, within “P cafeteria” operated by the victim’sO (n, 62 years of age) located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; and (b) arbitrarily clean the surrounding areas; and (c) arbitrarily clean the victim’s waste bag value.
