However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. A. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (main sentence) is a person engaging in driving a D5 tons truck.
On May 19, 2017, around 20:48, the Defendant entered the left-hand lane to turn to the left-hand left-hand turn while driving the above cargo vehicle on a road near the three-lane intersection of the Sin-gun, non-Sin-gun, non-Sin-Gun, the U.S. in order to turn to the left-hand left-hand turn while driving the vehicle on the road at the vicinity of the Gun-dong village.
At the time, there was a center line of yellow-ray, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the front and rear left and right of the person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle, and by accurately operating the steering system, and thereby protecting the central line.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duty of care, went away from the scene without taking measures such as providing relief to the injured party by immediately stopping and leaving the scene, by taking advantage of the victim E driver’s fwing and III driver’s seat in front of the driver’s seat of the victim E driver’s vehicle, which was going to the opposite part of the truck with the central line due to the negligence in the course of the duty of care.
B. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation and the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall not operate a motor vehicle with the knowledge that it has been tubesd without obtaining the approval of the subscription of the motor vehicle, and the owner of the motor vehicle shall not operate a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, and the defendant is the owner of the D5 tons truck.
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not subscribe to the mandatory insurance of motor vehicles, and operated the D5 tons truck, the length of which has been extended 190 meters by 190 meters, without obtaining the approval of the tubes, as described in the foregoing 1.
