A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Seized No. 7 (17 divers for disposable use) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (marijuana) at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on April 1, 201, and on January 23, 201, and is not a person who has completed the execution of the sentence

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

At around 02:00 on September 10, 2012, the Defendant injected 0.1g of Mesophical drugs, which are psychotropic drugs holding no longer than Gangwon Iron-gun Cudio 214, by dividing them into two in a single-use injection instrument, and dilution them with each other’s arms and legs together with D;

B. On October 2012, 2012, 0.1g of philophones in possession of philophones at the above location on the first and second day of October 2012 are administered in the above manner as above D;

C. Medication 0.1g of philophones possessed in any inn room located at the time of the Government around September 26 to 27, 2012 with E in the above manner;

D. From September 29 to 30:00 on September 29 to 24:00, 2012, the philophone 0.2g of philophones possessed at the “F” guest room located at the Government’s city were dilutiond with water by dividing them into four for a single-use injection instrument: D, E, and G:

On September 26, 2012, at around 19:00 on September 26, 2012, the fraud Defendant: (a) received from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of D; and (b) received KRW 6,300,000 from the said victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant in the name of the said victim, and acquired KRW 300,000 in total by receiving KRW 6,000 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant (K) under the name of the said victim, for the purpose of introducing the said victim.
