A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics:

A. On June 20, 2013, around 20:00, after receiving approximately KRW 300,000 in cash from D with the cost of penphones in Seo-gu, Busan at around 20:0,000, and buying and selling them after receiving approximately 0.3 grams from D with the flusium and C with approximately KRW 300,000 in cash;

B. On September 18, 2013, around 20:00, after receiving a cash of KRW 200,000 from G with the cost of penphones from G with approximately 0.2g of philophones, in the form of “F” telephones 801 in Busan Young-gu E; and

C. Around 22:00 on October 8, 2013, G’s car parked in the front of the said “F” clustered KRW 100,000,000 in total with H along with H, and purchased and sold KRW 200,000 in total with the cost of penphone by receiving approximately 0.3 grams from G with the cost of penphone, and in collusion with H.

2. Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics:

(a) administer approximately 0.1g of the 0.3g of the foregoing philophonephones purchased from D at the same time and at a place as “paragraph 1(a)” in one-time injection in one-time injection machine, dilution with raw water, and in injection into the blood tubes of their arms;

(b) administer approximately 0.1g of the foregoing philophonephones in one place following the day referred to in the preceding paragraph, in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, on their cryp 0.3gs;

(c) administer approximately 0.1g of the foregoing philophonephones in one place following the day referred to in the preceding paragraph, in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, on their cryp 0.3gs;

(d) administer approximately 0.1g of the foregoing philopon purchased from G at the same time and at a place as “paragraph 1-b”, in one-time injection machine, dilution with bio-ves and injecting them into their arms and stuffs;

(e) administer approximately 0.1g of the foregoing philophonephones in one place following the day referred to in the preceding paragraph, in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, on their crophones; and

F. Temporary holiday such as “paragraph 1(c)”.
