A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 30, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Risk Driving) was unable to drive normally due to the influence of drinking, such as 0.203% of blood alcohol concentration in the state of drinking on November 16:25, 2014, while driving the Kimhae-dong due to the influence of drinking, it was difficult for the Defendant to drive normally. However, while driving the Kimhae-dong in the city of Kimhae-si from Busan to Kimhae-do, he did not show a proper traffic situation at the port of Busan, the part of the back part of the victim C's driving car parked in the atmosphere due to occupational negligence and did not show the traffic situation at the port of Busan, the Defendant got the back part of the said wing-ray vehicle of the victim C driving in the air, and got the back part of the EF Gap vehicle in order in the front.

As a result, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to drinking, and caused the victim C to undergo a light salt farm which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and caused E to undergo a light salt farm which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and caused the victim G who was on board the said Lone Star vehicle to receive approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant was driving under the provision of paragraph (1) at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.203%.
