Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of B rocketing car.
1. Around 20:50 on March 18, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., accident-free measures) (i., the Defendant driving the said car, leading the Drout zone C in the Changwon-si Mucompo-si C to the Fhumb on the Eth page.
