Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 15:00 on March 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) found the victim F as a partnership office with four general directors of the D Housing Redevelopment and Development Project Association located in Suwon-gu, Busan (hereinafter “Chok”); (b) found the victim F with “Chok G was located in the phone, and the head of the association also made a public insult of the victim by speaking in a large amount of dynas “h”.
2. On April 15, 2013, the Defendant of defamation: (a) prepared 500 copies of printed articles of “Newsbook with the thickness of the D members,” stating the false fact that “The President F may not demand any more than KRW 3 billion,” and distributed 864 members of the above union to the H department of Suwon-gu, Busan, so that the victims can be seen as members of the above 864 generation, regardless of the fact that the victim intended to participate in the redevelopment project.”

Around May 11, 2013, the Defendant of defamation did not use funds, such as office rents, salaries, operating expenses, etc., without the consent of the association members, but it is illegal to use funds, such as office rents, salaries, operating expenses, etc., without the consent of the association members.
