A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 20:00 on March 3, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business operation by force by avoiding disturbance for about 40 minutes. On the Epos operated by the victim C (V, 57 years of age) in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant placed a time fee for customers in the Epos, without any reason, who are under the influence of alcohol, and flasing the victim’s business operation by force.

2. Interference with business affairs of, or intimidation against, victims F;

A. On October 9, 2014, at around 15:00, the Defendant found the victim F (n, 73 years of age) in the Henb in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with a large voice, “I ambling children, dead,” and ambling the wall of the victim, I ambling the victim’s face, and I ambling the victim’s voice to I am in the room, and I ambling the Defendant’s voice to I am, and ambling the Defendant, thereby obstructing the victim’s operation by force.
