A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 5, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) the Defendant was driving a 6-sturd vehicle located in the Gu-U.S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S.A.

Therefore, in order to avoid the discovery of the fact of driving without a license, the Defendant driven the said car on the front road of the Seoul Saemaul Undong Undong, which is located in 103 south of the same city on the same day, along with a total of 14 occasions, violated the signal by driving the vehicle, such as passing the vehicle stop signals over 14 times in total, and repeated driving by over five times in total, driving over the center, driving over the station, etc., thereby threatening or endangering others or causing danger to traffic.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 30km section from the front of an officetel, which is located in the 111-lane in the city of Si/Gu/U.S. in the city of Si/Gu to the front road in front of the Hannam Saemaul Undong National Treasury, which is located in 103-ro 103 in the city of Gu/Si/Gu.
