[Defendant B’s criminal records] On January 29, 2016, the Seoul High Court sentenced Defendant B to imprisonment with labor for a year and six months for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapons, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence in the original prison on February 17, 2017.

1. Defendant A

A. On April 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the business of the victim E; and (b) injured the victim F, was waiting for the order of use of singing in the case of other customers while drinking together with drinking in the “H” operated by the G Victim E in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, Seoul; and (c) waiting for the order of use of singing.

피고인은 다툼을 말리려는 피해자 E에게 몸을 붙잡혀 주점 밖으로 나왔고, 주점 밖에서 피해자 F로부터 멱살을 잡히며 노래를 부르지 못하게 한 이유에 대하여 추궁당하자 재차 화가 나 손으로 피해자 F의 얼굴 및 목 부위를 잡아 누르다가 오른손 주먹으로 그녀의 얼굴 부위를 1회 때리고, 발로 넘어진 그녀의 얼굴 부위를 1회 걷어찼다.

The Defendant interfered with the victim E’s main business by force as above, and led the victim F to the scambling of a scambling wall that requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
