A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 8, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 1 million for the same crime in the same court on July 18, 2008.
1. On September 22, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol level of 0.066% without obtaining a driver’s license on September 22, 2013, the Defendant driven a DK5 vehicle at a section of about 10km from the 10km away from the ambane in the Chang-dong of Yacheon-si to the front day of the luminous electric street located in the additional ebane in Echeon-si, Echeon-si.
2. Accordingly, the defendant, who was in the custody of Madon, presented a first-class ordinary driver's license to the defendant-friendly F, a public document issued by the Commissioner of the Gangwon Provincial Police Agency, to the above police officer as if he was the defendant's driver's license.
3.
