When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.121% from blood alcohol level on March 23, 2015, driven a B observer car within a section of approximately one kilometer from around 525 Hyundai Apartment, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to around 51-gil, 50, 51-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
