A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 14, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 500,000 to a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court’s branch on the following grounds: (a) on September 10, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million for the same crime; (b) on June 14, 2012, the said court was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for the same crime; and (c) on January 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for the same crime at the same court; and (d) on April 3, 2017, the Defendant was subject to a summary order of KRW 7 million for a fine of KRW 7 million for the same crime at the Sungwon District Court’s branch branch on the same date, and was punished for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at least twice.

Nevertheless, at around 21:31 on November 29, 2018, the Defendant driven Cho-do under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.110% without obtaining a driver's license from around 3 km-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Namyang-si to the front road of Namyang-si.

2. The Defendant forged private document at the front side of the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Syang-si, with the suspicion of drunk driving and unlicensed driving as above, and took place as if he was E, and the Defendant’s circumstantial report printed with the driver’s statement box “E” is indicated as “E” in the driver’s statement column, and “E” is indicated as “E” in the person’s name column, “E” in the person’s name column, “E” in the person’s age column, “E” in the person’s age column, “FF” in the resident registration number column, “G” in the “H I, Handphone column, “J” in the Handphone column, and “I” in the person’s name on November 21, 2018 and “A” in the person’s drinking density and 10% alcohol rate in front of the Eup-do police officer’s on the date when he took measures around 31:00 on November 29, 2018.
