The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance except for the part using "Nos. 17, 18, 32, and 33 of A" as "Evidence Nos. 17, 18, 32, and 35 of A" at the last 5th of the judgment of the first instance is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, and thus, it shall be cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
