Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay the above fine separately.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are those who purchased two-way packaging sets, which can be recycled as if they were the two-way owners, from C, and D, sent to the Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office as a result of the indictment, and they are those who are engaged or engaged in the main business at the time when they pass through the Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office, and those who are engaged or engaged in the main business at the time when they pass through the Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office.

On December 12, 2017, Defendant B, a trademark holder, who was a trademark holder in front of the J clubs located in Busan High-gu I, Busan High-gu, and registered (No. 400950948000) the designated goods with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as the above skiing, etc., Defendant B infringed the trademark right of the trademark right holder by receiving two-way packaging sets, including 1,000 marks identical or similar to C and D, which were supplied by the Korean Intellectual Property Office (No. 40950948000) for use in goods identical or similar to the designated goods.
