A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) reported that he would commit suicide while drinking alcohol at the Chungcheong apartment parking lot around 20:30 on November 6, 2013; (b) and (c) parked in the DKa Star vehicle.

When a slope F belonging to the Hongsung Police Station E-district, in receipt of the Defendant’s report, discovered the Defendant and demanded the Defendant to lower the vehicle, the Defendant left the left side of the slope F, knee in the above vehicle, which is a dangerous object, was shocked by the front side of the above vehicle, and left the sloping F, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and obstructed police officers' legitimate performance of official duties on police officers' 112 reports and crime prevention, and caused the injury of police officials.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc. and damage, etc.) shocked the victim G HM5 vehicle driver who was parked in the vehicle continuously after shocking the slope F as described in paragraph (1) at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and shocked the part of the driver’s seat of the vehicle owned by JJ in the victim I.

As a result, the Defendant damaged the above SM5 vehicle, which is a dangerous object, to require a repair cost of KRW 1,048,407, and damaged the abovero vehicle to require a repair cost of KRW 1,515,918.

3. The Defendant damaged special goods for public use, as described in paragraph 2, destroyed the patrol vehicles used by public offices as dangerous vehicles by shocking the front part of the Red Police Station E-district KSJ KSW, which continued to stop in the future after shocking each vehicle as described in paragraph 1 at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, to require a considerable amount of 1,387,041 won for repair.

4. On November 6, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving). On November 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30, while drinking alcohol content of 0.195% in the blood alcohol concentration at the parking lot for the Chungcheongnamnam apartment, 15 meters in the DNA Car.
