1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 50,000,000 won and the period from July 31, 2016 to November 19, 2016.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment by public notice for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)

3. The part to be partially dismissed is to seek payment of interest, etc. from the day following the date of loan on the basis of interest agreement of 20% per annum.

However, the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff alone is insufficient to recognize the fact that the Defendants entered into an interest agreement with the Defendants, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

Therefore, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed. From July 31, 2016 on the day following the due date to November 19, 2016, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case shall be 5% per annum under the Civil Act and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
