1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. A. On March 14, 1981, in order to supply agricultural water to the area of the Yeong-gun's Republic of Korea, which started from the Yeong-gun's acquisition of Bosung-gun, Jeonsung-gun's Republic of Korea, for agricultural water supply to the south of the documents for Bosung-gun, through the process of distribution of documents for Bosung-gun, the flow of water was completed, and the defendant owned and managed the waterway of this case, which is an agricultural infrastructure, in accordance with the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act.

B. On June 10, 2013, F: (a) was discovered on the road in front of the Jeonsung-gun, Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun; (b) was kid from the waterway of this case; (c) felled into the waterway of this case; and (d) was located on the underground pipeline of Hanpo-gun, Hanpo-gun (hereinafter “instant accident”); and (d) was located on the road in the shape of approximately three meters away from the decedent’s house on which the deceased was aboard, and the degree of 2/3 of the rear wheels and the front wheels were placed on the road of this case; and (c) the degree of 1/3 of the front wheels of Otoba was 1/3.0 of the front wheels.

(2) The road of this case is located on the road of this case, and the road in the future of the deceased's house according to the waterway of this case. (3) The road of this case is located on the road of this case.

The instant accident point is located between approximately 3,219m to 3,419m from the time of the instant waterway, and the width of the said waterway is about 4.8m, and the average depth is about 80cm to 100cm.

The distance between the deceased’s house and the waterway of this case, i.e., the width of the road of this case was used without vehicle traffic in and mainly for the passage of residents, and the deceased was installed on the road of this case adjacent to the waterway of this case on the ground that there are many people driving ahead of the house of Pyeongtaek deceased.

E. On the basis of the instant waterway, a road adjacent to the instant road (hereinafter referred to as “intersection”).
