Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant C is a person who conducts juvenile game providing business in the name of “G” from the net City F from January 2, 2013 to February 12, 2013.
No person shall provide game products, the contents of which are different from the classification, for distribution or use, or display or keep the same for such purposes.
Nevertheless, during the above period, the Defendant automatically moved the above game room regardless of the shotic manipulation, regardless of the rating classification, and accordingly, continuously obtained the item card as a female diving unit, and provided an unspecified number of customers who find out the above game room by installing 50 game products "New Sea 3", which are altered to allow the use of a separate game product carried out by using the external storage device.
2. Defendant A is a person who conducts juvenile game providing business in a game room as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) from February 12, 2013 to April 10, 2013.
No person shall provide game products, the contents of which are different from the classification, for distribution or use, or display or keep the same for such purposes.
Nevertheless, during the above period, the Defendant automatically moved the above game room regardless of the shotic manipulation, regardless of the rating classification, and accordingly, continuously obtained the item card as a female diving unit, and provided an unspecified number of customers who find out the above game room by installing 50 game products "New Sea 3", which are altered to allow the use of a separate game product carried out by using the external storage device.
3. Defendant B is a person who conducts a juvenile game providing business in the game room from April 15, 2013 to 14:20 of the same day. A. The Defendant is a person who conducts a juvenile game providing business.
Any person who uses or provides game products different from the classified contents.
