A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On July 16, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by stating that the victim D (inn, 13 years of age) was listed in the mixed elevator at around 3-5Ra, and entering the elevator according to the victim, entering the elevator, taking the Defendant’s sexual organ from the side of the victim’s hand to the scam, scam, and scam the Defendant’s sexual organ from the victim’s hand, and committing an indecent act by force against the victim.

2. On December 31, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act, Indecent Acts, etc.) committed an indecent act by force in the closed space where the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim inside the elevator by reporting that the victim E (in female, 15 years of age) was listed in the mixed elevator before the said apartment 1-2Ra on December 31, 201, entering the elevator according to the victim, taking the Defendant’s sexual organ out from the side of the victim into the elevator, and taking the Defendant’s sexual organ out with his/her hands out and scam
