Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:30 on February 27, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim's face at least three times on the ground that the victim left a taxi driving in the vicinity of the Agsan Station located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, on the ground that the victim was broken and frighted while standing on the road while the victim was parked on the road.
