Punishment of the crime

【Defendant A had a record of being subject to juvenile protective disposition by special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on July 10, 1998; on August 28, 2015, the Daegu District Court imposed a fine of five million won for larceny; and on September 11, 2015, the Daegu District Court sentenced a fine of one million won for larceny, respectively.

[Criminal Facts]

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On October 22, 2015, the defendants habitually thiefed the victim F in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 14:00 on October 22, 2015, and confirmed that there was no person inside the house by subdividing the first race, and the defendant A entered the house beyond the fence.

Defendant B opened the door, and Defendant B removed the correction device of the window using the dracker prepared in advance, and intruded into the house and stolen in cash at the place of the drack, and 300,000 won.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly and habitually stolen property worth 210,020,000 won in total from October 22, 2015 to January 30, 2016, as stated in the list of crimes in the separate sheet, and the Defendants did not steal up to seven times.

B. On December 2015, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residential intrusion) committed an intrusion upon the victim’s residence by the same method as the preceding paragraph, with the intent to steal the property from the victim H’s house located in Daegu-gu G on the same day.

In addition, the Defendants jointly intruded on the victims’ residence more than ten times from December 2015 to January 2016, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached list.

2. On February 1, 2016, Defendant A’s sole criminal defendant was urgently arrested by the JJ in the circumstances where he/she belongs to the Daegu Sung-gu Police Station around 11:30, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as well as Defendant A, around February 2, 2016. On February 14:20, 2016, Defendant A tried to flee after pushing the police station’s guard, while conducting on-site inspections at K in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, where he/she was in custody. However, Defendant was arrested of Defendant A about 50 meters after leaving the police station.
