A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 5, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million in the Incheon District Court for fraud, etc. on December 12, 2011; a fine of KRW 3 million in the same court on December 12, 2011; and a fine of KRW 2 million in the same court on October 26, 2012; on September 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for one year for a crime of fraud, etc. at the same court on September 5, 2012; and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 5, 2012, and is currently in the grace period.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving CM3 automobiles.

On December 1, 2013, the Defendant was driving the said car without a driver's license on December 21, 2013, and driving it on the front of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Seoul Apartment-dong 102-3 Seoul Apartment-dong, and on the front of the 1,02-3 New Apartment-gu, the Acheon-do Round-do Round-do Round, the Defendant was driving it on a one-lane road.

The signal lights were installed at the front of that place, and the U.S. section was installed in front of the defendant's 30-meter radius.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving duties shall not drive without a driver's license, and shall proceed to the right side of the center of yellow lines, and he/she has a duty of care to make a U.S., properly, in line only with the U.S. permitted section.

Nevertheless, without a driver's license, the Defendant, without a driver's license, was negligent by the fault of the yellow central line in the direction of the yellow-ray in a place other than the Uton section, and the victim D (59 years old) who was driving in the direction of the three-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-line-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane-lane.
