Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment at the Busan District Court for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act. On March 26, 2012, the judgment became final and conclusive.

1. On May 15, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 22:10 on May 15, 201, the Defendant: (b) was unable to operate a D Spart-type car operated by the victim C (the age of 49) in the influence of alcohol in front of the Busan Young-do cafeteria; and (c) caused the said car to be damaged in a way that the external tag of the vehicle behind and behind the driver’s seat of the said car was flicked with a string, wherein the external tag of the said vehicle was flick and flicked, thereby causing the said car to be 707,575 won

2. The injured Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim by assaulting the victim for about 14 days, such as the date and time stated in the preceding paragraph, and the time and place where the Defendant committed the above act by drinking the face part of the victim, etc.
