Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 1, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 4 months by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on February 1, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 9, 2012, and is currently under suspended sentence.
