A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car with Bsch Rexroth, in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On March 27, 2020, the Defendant driven the above van without obtaining a driver's license at around 22:30 on March 27, 2020, and led to the progress of the road front of the international passenger terminal located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan to 5 side from the room of the Busan Customs.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license from the G apartment in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City to the accident site as set forth in paragraph (1).

3. The Busan Dong Police Station, which caused a traffic accident as described in paragraph (1) at the same time and at the same place as described in paragraph (1) and called the scene after receiving 112 reports.
