Defendant 2, “2017 Highest 2602,”
1. On July 13, 2015, around 11:30, Sungnam-gu Manam-si, where a civil petitioner and employees are engaged in their duties, drinking alcohol and drinking a certified copy of the resident registration to the employees of a 30-minute community service center without any reason, and the civil petitioners who are engaged in the duties were able to make a sense of fear and to have the civil petitioner cancel the drinking in the public office.
2.
