A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The defendant was sentenced to ten months in prison on September 17, 2015 to a violation of road traffic law (unnecessary measures after an accident) in the Daejeon District Court's Support for Incheon District Court, and is still pending in the appellate trial.

[Criminal facts] The J is the representative of the “L station” located in the Northern-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and Defendant A and M are the complaint of “L station”.
