Punishment of the crime

1. On July 1, 2016, around 14:00 on July 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C (inn, 38 years of age), victim D (inn, 31 years of age) from the stairs between the first floor and the second floor in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do; (b) discovered the victim D; and (c) laid down the spread of working clothes; and (d) exposed the sexual instruments and lowered the stairs.

2. Around July 13, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime: (a) around 08:00 on July 13, 2016, at the same place; (b) discovered a female with no name; (c) laid down a spread of work clothes; and (d) exposed to the sexual organ, and otherwise openly commits obscene acts.
