Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 13, 2014, around 15:00 on August 13, 2014, the Defendant publicly obscenity committed an obscene act in a way that finds out the way with female students and F, and exposes them out of the place of their sexual organ, on the street suitable for “Ecafeteria” located in the Cheongju-si Office B, Cheongju-si, and in the vicinity of D Schools.

2. On August 20, 2014, around 07:50 to 08:10 on August 20, 2014, the Defendant found female-born H (n, 18), and I (n, 17 years old) who was walking along the way outside the fence of the party branch of the G School near the D School, and exposed the sexual organ to the outside of his/her sexual organ and met it.

3. On August 29, 2014, the Defendant discovered a female-born L (n, 18 years old) on the following side of a vehicle parked between C Schools listed in the above paragraph (1) and D Schools and K on August 29, 2014, and openly obscene act by exposing the sexual organ out of his/her sexual organ and exposing it.

4. On September 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered a female mar who walked on the road at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (2) around 07:50 to 08:00 on September 2, 2014; (b) disclosed the sexual organ to the outside of his/her sexual organ, and openly obscenity by exposing the sexual organ to the outside of his/her sexual organ.
