1. The defendant shall pay 213,760,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 22, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) lent KRW 115,00,000 to the Defendant on July 10, 2013 as the end of December 2018; (b) around July 2014, the due date for repayment was determined and lent KRW 98,760,000 to the Defendant on September 15, 2018; and (c) the Defendant did not repay the loan up to the present date.

2. Judgment based on the recommendation of confession, Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. Since the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuit was amended on May 21, 2019 and the statutory interest rate under the above Act was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, the part on the claim for damages for delay exceeding the scope is dismissed as there is no ground.
