1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 38,747,951 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 22, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;

2. Grounds for determination: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;

3. Partial dismissal: The Plaintiff claimed for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint, but the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019. Since the statutory interest rate under the same Act was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, the Plaintiff recognized damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint, and dismissed the claim portion in excess.
