A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (production, distribution, etc. of obscene materials), committed a CD containing a 10,000 won per head of the CD, which operates a mobile adult product store using a motor vehicle and finds the place for its use, intended to sell the CD to many unspecified customers, including a sexual intercourse, etc.

From June 201 to March 13:10, 201, the Defendant: (a) set up a car with a banner of “personal belongings” in the D neighboring factory sites located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) kept in the air conditioners located in an orchard warehouse located in approximately 30 meters away from the said vehicle, the Defendant kept approximately 13 CDs attached with title, such as “scalk’s scalk’s scalk’s scalk’s scalk’s scalk’s scalk’s scalk’s scalk’s scalk’s scalk’s scalk’

Accordingly, the Defendant possessed child and juvenile pornography for the purpose of selling them.

2. No person who violates the Trademark Act shall possess goods identical or similar to designated goods bearing another person's registered trademark without the right to use such trademark for the purpose of transferring or delivering such goods;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who operated a mobile adult product store using a motor vehicle and found the place of the mobile adult product store, had an unspecified number of customers of the Republic of Korea registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office under the registration number No. 40-0387169 and registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office in accordance with the registration number No. 40-0387168, “Non-Agra” and “Vigra” attached with the registration number No. 40-0387168, and the U.S. L. L. car company in the U.S. as designated goods to sell a fake car car with the registration number No. 40-0491830 and registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as the registration number No. 40-0491830.

The Defendant, from June 201 to March 13:10, 201, installed a banner of “personal goods” in the D neighboring vacant lots located in the Chungcheong War C.
