A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 16:00 on May 15, 2014, the Defendant entered the second floor through the gate, which was opened for the purpose of theft of money and valuables, when he came to the house of the victim D located in Busan B, the Defendant infringed on the said female’s residence.

2. As described in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s inside of the victim D; and (b) cut off the cash of KRW 200,000 and one brupted card, which is the victim D; and (c) cut off.

3. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and fraud;

A. The Defendant, at around 17:39 on the same day, purchased one female mother and child-mother, etc. from “F” located in Busan City’s annual system E, presented the victim G, who is the business owner, as seen above, to make a settlement as one of the following: (a) acquired female mother and child-child at the market price of 114,000 won; and (b) used the stolen credit card under the name of another person.

B. At around 17:46 of the same day, the Defendant purchased 121,000 won of the market price from the “F,” and presented the victim G, the business owner, as seen above, with the completion of the stolen H’s credit card as his own, and made a settlement as to the amount of 121,000 won of the market price, by deceiving 121,000 won of the stolen credit card, and used the stolen other’s credit card.

C. At around 18:09 on the same day, the Defendant purchased a balance of 3,500 won in the market price at the “J” located in Busan coastal Organization I, and used a stolen credit card in the name of another person in the name of another person, by presenting the stolen credit card to the victim K as one’s own, and settling the stolen credit card in one’s own manner, which is equivalent to 3,500 won in the market price.
