1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On January 31, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a complaint with the investigative agency against B as a crime of kidnapping minors, and the prosecutor of the Jeju District Prosecutors’ Office rendered a disposition of non-prosecution on the charge of having been suspected of having miscompetence with respect to the instant case (No. 2012 type No. 21714; hereinafter the same shall apply). The Plaintiff appealed to the Jeju High Prosecutors’ Office and appealed to the Jeju High Prosecutors’ Office on June 28, 2013, but the appeal was dismissed on June 28, 2013. While the Plaintiff again filed an application for adjudication with the Jeju High Court Jeju High Court, the application for adjudication was dismissed on October 14, 2013

In addition, the Plaintiff filed a complaint against the above B and C with the investigative agency for the crime of kidnapping them out to Korea. On May 19, 2014, the prosecutor of the Jeju District Prosecutors' Office (No. 2014 type No. 2267; hereinafter "the case No. 2") issued a disposition of non-prosecution to the effect that the said case was not proven due to lack of evidence (the appeal was dismissed on June 25, 2014).

B. On November 20, 2017, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the confirmation of invalidity of the notification of the disposition results of the case (hereinafter “the instant lawsuit”) (the Jeju District Court Decision 2017Guhap996, hereinafter “the instant lawsuit”), the Plaintiff filed an application for the submission of documents regarding “the statement of reference (D, E, F, G)” and “the statement of reference August 28, 2014,” among the records of the instant case No. 13, “the documents of the instant case (D, E, F, G)” and “the documents of the instant case No. 2010, Apr. 12, 2018.”
