A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year of imprisonment due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support on March 15, 2012. On July 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the same court.

Criminal facts

1. The defendant is a person who has driven a vehicle in violation of the Road Traffic Act, the Road Traffic Act, and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act.

On May 10, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.09% from the front side of the alternative village located in the Yancheon-si, Yanyang-si, Yanyang-si, Yanyang-si, Yanyang-si, and the front side of the Yanyang-si, Yanyang-si, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a car on May 20, 2015, without being subscribed to mandatory insurance.

2. Any person who has acquired a motor vehicle by transfer shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days;

Nevertheless, even though the Defendant purchased the said vehicle at a non-place on May 2014, the Defendant did not complete the registration of ownership transfer, and operated the said vehicle from the above date to May 21:20, 2015.
