A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of four months and a fine of two million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2015, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support on August 6, 2015, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on the 14th of the same month and is still under suspended sentence.

1. On March 28, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle B in the section of about 5km from around 08:46 to the front road of the same Myeongyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do without obtaining a driver’s license.

In addition, the Defendant operated the said car without obtaining a driver’s license for five times from December 2, 2013 to March 28, 2015, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a person who holds a car in the column B.

No owner of an automobile shall operate any automobile on the road which has not been subscribed to mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the road, including the date and time stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) above, and the operation of the said vehicle without mandatory insurance at the place, and as indicated in the list of offenses, operated the said vehicle on the road five occasions from December 2, 2013 to March 28, 2015.
