1. The Defendant’s KRW 49,037,350 among the Plaintiff and KRW 41,81,700 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 5,630,670 from July 27, 2018.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. A. (1) A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) completed the registration of initial ownership on February 21, 2004 with respect to E-commercial buildings (hereinafter “instant commercial buildings”) with the fourth underground and nine stories above the ground located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju (hereinafter “instant commercial buildings”). (2) Around February 29, 2016, the Defendant sold the instant commercial buildings F-ho and G (hereinafter “instant store”) to the Defendant in the procedure of voluntary auction at Hoju District Court HH on November 2, 2018, and completed the registration of ownership transfer to I on July 19, 2018.
B. The managing body of the instant commercial building: (a) the sale of the instant commercial building was commenced and moved in; (b) the E management body was established with all sectional owners pursuant to the Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings; (c) the J, a corporation established in C, appointed a manager of E management body in around 2004 and managed the instant commercial building; (d) on January 18, 2013, the judgment became final and conclusive on February 14, 2013 (Cheongju District Court 201Da3811). (b) The Plaintiff’s representative K was designated as a superstore manager by reporting to the Cheongju market with the consent of at least 1/2 of occupant occupants of the instant commercial building on December 15, 2014 pursuant to Article 12(2)2 (d) of the Distribution Industry Development Act, and was newly granted the status of the superstore manager by the same method every six months.

On August 2, 2016, the Plaintiff was established as a non-profit corporation under the Civil Act with the consent of at least 2/3 of the shop occupants of this case pursuant to Article 12(2)2(a) of the Distribution Industry Development Act, and reported to the Cheongju City Mayor as a superstore manager and received a written confirmation. The Plaintiff succeeds to the status of K and manages the commercial building of this case.
C. The management expenses for the instant real estate after December 15, 2014 for the instant real estate shall be the management expenses for the instant real estate, and F shall be 27,216,90 won as indicated in attached Table 1, and G shall be 21,820 as indicated in attached Table 2.
