A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of a vehicle with two-half-hurged vehicle in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents;
On August 4, 2019, at around 10:30, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without a driver's license, and proceeded two-lanes between the two-lanes in front of a veterinary hospital located in the Yansan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Jeonju-si, with the intersection of the D hospital located in the front of the front city.

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim E such as diversous salt, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and inflicted injury on the victim I (n, 60 years of age) on the diversous salt, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, respectively, and at the same time, damaged the F vehicle to have approximately KRW 1,781,240, and KRW 592,656, repair costs, such as exchanging the back divers of the H vehicle, respectively.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 2 km from the 2km section to the front side of the DNA Medical Center located in the Donsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Jeonju-si, Jeonju-si without a driver’s license.
