Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a semi-permanent cremation establishment called “C” in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 804.

No person other than a medical person shall perform medical practice.

Around June 2015, the Defendant was not a medical person, but placed an advertisement related to the cremation of a Gu on the Internet with be equipped with beds, anesthesias, booms, colors, etc. necessary for the dental treatment for the purpose of cremation. From around that time to August 31, 2015, the Defendant placed an advertisement related to the cremation of a Gu on the Internet. From around that time to around August 31, 2015, the Defendant used 40,000 to receive 40,000 won from an unspecified number of people who found the said business and used anesthesias, crows, and hums for the purpose of cremation.
